Sumita Ghose Founder & Managing Director
Sumita Ghose is the founder & MD of Rangsutra, a social enterprise which seeks to bring about socio economic development and inclusive growth in rural India by engaging both: the community and the market.
Prior to setting up Rangsutra, Sumita lived and worked in different parts of rural India for many years- mostly in Western Rajasthan with the URMUL Trust, working with rural communities for social change and economic development.
Sumita has a Masters Degree in Economics from Mumbai University. She was a Fulbright scholar in the United States, where she completed a Masters Degree in Conflict Resolution. Sumita has also been a recipient of the MacArthur Fellowship for Leadership, is among the first batch of the Aspen India Fellows, and most recently selected as a Synergos Global Fellow, 2012.

Dr. Pragati Sawhney Founder - Chockriti
Pragati Sawhney is a dentist, with a Masters of Public Health from Columbia University New York.
At a chance chocolate making class while visiting Delhi, India in 2011, she was disturbed to find that homemade "chocolate" spread all over India was not made with real cacao or cacao butter but cocoa compound and vegetable oil with unhealthy artificial flavor syrups, white sugar, and sweeteners instead of real cacao and cacao butter. Besides no public awareness, there was no nutritional labeling or regulations to control the growing trend damaging to public health.
Dr Pragati researched for months about issues and worked full time over coming barriers to launch called Chockriti Chocolates, India premier natural artisan chocolates end of 2011. The products sold internationally, are made with 100 percent real cacao from Europe and fresh brews of organic raw teas, flowers, spices and herbs with both US FDA and FSSAI compliant safe nutritional labeling. There is no added sugar*, vegetable oil, butter or artificial ingredients including commercial flavors or colors.

Sourabh is the Managing Director as well a co-founder of Magicrete. He is an Industrial Engineer. Prior to Magicrete, Sourabh had worked in minerals and chemicals businesses. Apart from the strategic growth of the company, Sourabh also takes care of the strategic operations, marketing and distribution activities.
He has done his Masters & graduation in engineering from Indian Institute of Technology Kharagpur.

Dr. Sandip Patil is an alumnus of IIT Kanpur. He holds a doctorate degree in Chemical Engineering and has a vast experience in the field of Nanotechnology and Adhesives.
Several of his works on Adhesion have been published. He is also a co-inventor of an Indian patent on composite reusable adhesive and that of a US patent which is under process. Some of his innovative work on fabrication of composite reusable adhesives has been covered under scientific news in CNN U.S. edition and Mint and the Wall Street Journal.
His innovations have also been presented in various international conferences.
